Buntspecht Dark bay 17.3 h Approved Belgian Warmblood Stallion

Buntspecht was a stallion of excellent breeding, impeccable conformation, wonderful movement and outstanding jumping ability. This is why Buntspecht had the highest all time scores at the 1984 stallion testing in Belgium. During his lifetime, Buntspecht sired many jumpers throughout Canada, as well as competing in the Open Jumper division. His show jumping career was an accomplishment in itself, with success at shows including Spruce Meadows and Toronto's Royal Winter Fair. One of the highlights of his career was clearing a 7 foot Puissance wall at the Royal Winter Fair. Unfortunately, Buntspecht is no longer living, but he has passed this heart and jumping ability on to many of his offspring.
