This spectacular bay mare is extremely intelligent, personable & well mannered. She is the product of crossing remarkable sport horse bloodlines via embryo transfer. Merdante, her 17.3 h dam, was imported from Holland and comes from the famous Ramiro Z lines. Viva Voltaire, her sire, is a Voltaire son, who has already won several national jumper championships early in his career. All of Emme's foals have been outstanding, beginning with her 2004 filly "Evita" by Heartbreaker who received the second highest score for fillies inspected by the BWP in North America during the 2004 tour. Most recently, she produced a lovely colt by Escudo I, and is in foal again, to Escudo I for 2009. Escudo I was the 1994 Champion of the Stallion Performance Test with excellent scores in all categories. He won the jumping and became Hanoverian Showjumping Champion as a 5 year old in 1996, as well as German National Reserve Jumper Champion. He is the son of the legendary 1995 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year, Espri. Espri has produced many grand prix showjumpers including World Cup winner, E.T. and St. Pr. St. Athene. Many Escudo I mares have become Premium Mares and have scored exceptionally well in thier Mare Inspections and on Mare Performance Tests, giving Escudo I outstanding breeding value's for all categories including type, frame, conformation and jumping.
