This filly known as "Havana" received the second highest
overall score among all fillies judged by the BWP NAD during the 2004 North
American Keuring tour! She is as pretty as a picture with a matching personality. As you can see from her pedigree she is the
product of crossing remarkable sport horse bloodlines. More recently,
"Havana" was approved as a main studbook Hanoverian mare, and is being used
to produce more top quality foals. In 2007 she had a
beautiful foal by the black Hanoverian Stallion Escudo I, and in 2008 she
produced a filly by the well known grand prix jumping stallion, Clinton.
Escudo I was the 1994 Champion of the
Stallion Performance Test with excellent scores in all categories. He won
the jumping and became Hanoverian Showjumping Champion as a 5 year old in
1996, as well as German National Reserve Jumper Champion. He is the
son of the legendary 1995 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year, Espri. Espri has
produced many grand prix showjumpers including World Cup winner, E.T. and
St. Pr. St. Athene. Many Escudo I mares have become Premium Mares and have
scored exceptionally well in thier Mare Inspections and on Mare Performance
Tests, giving Escudo I outstanding breeding value's for all categories
including type, frame, conformation and jumping.
